个人简介：梁霞，东北大学管理学博士，山东财经大学管理科学与工程学院副教授、硕士生导师，山东省高等学校青年创新团队发展计划“智慧应急决策与创新研究团队”负责人，入选山东财经大学青年优秀人才支持计划。主要从事管理决策分析、数据融合和运筹与管理等方面的研究。

近年来，主持和参与国家社科重大项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科项目、山东省社科规划项目、山东省高校科技计划等项目10余项；以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外重要期刊《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Information Sciences》、《International Transactions in Operational Research》、《Technological and Economic Development of Economy》以及《系统工程学报》等发表学术论文30余篇；获得山东省高等学校优秀成果二等奖和山东省社会科学优秀成果二等奖等，2019年获得山东财经大学科研标兵。
