张贵杰，教授，硕士生导师，哈尔滨工业大学管理学博士，美国印第安纳大学访问学者。担任国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部通讯评审专家。主要研究方向为科学计量学与科技评价、科技管理与科技政策。
近年来，主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等国家级及省部级科研项目6项，并作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社科基金等课题十余项。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在《Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice》《Scientometrics》《Learned Publishing》《Electronic Library》等国际权威期刊发表SSCI/SCI论文二十余篇。获得山东省高等学校人文社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖、济南市社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖、山东财经大学优秀科研成果奖（八项），山东财经大学青年教师教学比赛三等奖以及山东财经大学教学创新大赛三等奖。长期受邀担任《Scientometrics》《Learned Publishing》《Health Research Policy and Systems》《Knowledge and Information Systems》等十余种SSCI/SCI国际期刊审稿人。
